Grounds Maintenance Packages

All residential clients are required to pay via our auto bill pay. We DO NOT accept CASH nor CHECK for maintenance clients. Your card will be charged on the first week of every month for the previous months rendered work. Weekly Service is performed April 1st – Dec 8th. Weekly Service starts at $40.00 per visit. We DO NOT offer Bi-Weekly services. Any additional services are charged by the yard (material) OR at our hourly rate per man-per hour (labor).

Silver Package

  • Weekly lawn maintenance (April-Nov)

  • Hedge Trimming (July/Aug)
  • Fall Cleanup (Nov)

 

Platinum Package

  • Weekly Maintenance w/ removal of sticks (April-Nov)
  • Spring Cleanup (April)
  • Thatching, Aeration, & Seeding (Spring OR Fall)
  • Installation of Mulch at a minimum of 2” (May)
  • Hedge Trimming/ Hand Pruning (May & Sept)
  • Planting of Annuals (Spring & Fall)
  • Weed control in landscape beds (Monthly)
  • Property Evaluation (Monthly)
  • 4-Step Fert Program (Subcontracted Service)
  • Fall Cleanup (Two visits in November)
